Order Processing and Shipping

8bitdo processes all orders within 1-3 business days. After processing, shipping generally takes 7-12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel any order for reasons such as inventory limitations, pricing errors, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Terms

All payments must be completed at checkout using the payment methods provided on the 8bitdo website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and clearly shown at checkout based on the shipping address you provide and the shipping option you choose.

Returns and Refunds

Most items purchased from 8bitdo can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, please contact us at moritzoteb@gmail.com with your order details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We process refunds within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item to confirm eligibility.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel orders within 24 hours of placing them. To request a cancellation, contact us promptly at moritzoteb@gmail.com. After this 24-hour window, your order may have been processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
